Monthly Literacy Event

May Poetry Slam

On Thursday, May 14th at 6:30 p.m.  we will host the First Annual EGJH - TVHS Poetry Slam.

EGJH - TVHS students will recite original poetry. Performing Art students will also perform.

We will have a coffeehouse atmosphere, serve pizza and soft drinks, and students who perform poems will earn a free poetry book.

EGJH - TVHS students who want to perform a poem must sign up with Dr. M. in the library by Friday, May 8th.

Everyone is invited but an RSVP is necessary. Please see Dr. M. in the library to reserve your space (read that pizza slices!)
